Session 2 – More climbing, falling, belaying a faller, resolving Issues
Session 3 – Consolidate the belaying/climbing, safety and climbing techniques
Session 4 – A small assessment and more climbing

During all the sessions, the emphasis will be on teaching you whilst maximising the amount of climbing time.

Learn the basics, tying in, equipment, anchors, belaying, etiquette & safety.

Session 2

Consolidate from Session 1.
Look at different belaying devices and techniques for belaying
Stances and belaying efficiently.
Choosing a climb, wall angle and climbing techniques
Lowering and how to deal with falls.

Session 3

Consolidate from Session 2
Dealing with emergencies, climbing wall safety and scenarios.
4

Session 4

You will be informally assessed and should be able to demonstrate that you can safely use the indoor climbing wall
